Fun fact: Did you know that you can freeze pretzels? Simply reheat in the oven for 5-8 mins.

How ordering works:

We are a micro bakery, so we have capacity for limited amounts of pretzels each week. So unlike most bakeries, you can’t just come in and buy some baked goods unfortunately (yet. I hope that one day that will be a possibility).

You have to pre-order on the website (or by contacting us via email).

Terms and Conditions:

• We need 24hrs notice to make pretzels. For example: If you’d like to pick up your order Sat morning, we’ll need to receive it by Fri morning at the latest.

• Pickup on any of the days where we’re baking is anytime after 8am, from the esky next to the entrance.

• Feel free to contact fiona@saltbakery.com.au to make arrangements that would suit you better - say, you want to place a bigger order, need the pretzels on a special date, or require delivery :)
